Who's this for?

This is for founders who are either pre-revenue or just starting to get consistent revenues. Even if you are well established, these foundational elements will be key to your ongoing success.

Big Idea

We will work closely with you through the first three steps of the Startup Science Lifecycle - the powerful book by Gregory Shepard who has built and exited 12 companies for $2.5B. The first three are Vision, Product, and Go To Market. Once revenues are consistent, the next stages of Standardization, Optimization, Scaling, and Exit in turn become the focus. We have other Academies focused on those.

Failure in entrepreneurship is mostly because the founders don't go deep enough on these first three stages. The problems early on crystalize into their business and cause major speed wobbles once the business is up and running. We are here to help solve that.

If you have heard "no" from investors, accelerators, funders, or even - seemingly - too many customers, it is likely because of those first three stages. We will help you get to "yes" and build a solid model, product market fit, and story to tell investors and funders.

Overview

Join us for a guided, peer to peer journey over the 12 week program.

We have only 4 group sessions each week.

1. A webinar focused on a specific topic (like pitching or team hiring)

2. Two Mentor Facilitated Peer to Peer sessions on the core elements (these are the most important)

3. A FoundersWork™ session for founders and mentors to work together on getting YOUR plan right

The rest of the time is yours to execute. To put into practice the things you are learning. We call it Rapid Iterative Learning. Entrepreneurship is much more like apprenticeship than school. RIL is Learn, Personalize, Do, Refine... repeat.

All these sessions are the pillars for Rapid Iterative Learning. The outcome is a model that works - generates revenue, that you can explain and get support from all of those who want to help you: investors, accelerators, mentors, vendors, employees, and more.
